About Me
I’m currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at California State University, Bakersfield. My career goal is to work in the sports and entertainment industry, where I can merge my creativity, passion for culture, and growing marketing experience to help elevate fan and brand experiences.
Sports have always been a major part of my life. Whether it is baseball and basketball to football and soccer, I’ve always been drawn to the energy, strategy, and emotion they create. I’ve also always loved entertainment as a whole, especially the way brands connect with audiences across film, music, and digital media.
I am currently a Lead Marketing & Communications Intern for CSUB Athletics, working primarily with Men’s Basketball and Baseball. In this role, I help enhance the game-day experience by running videoboard content, managing music, supporting fan engagement setups, and assisting with promotions across campus. This direct experience has shown me what it takes to operate and market Division I athletics while developing my leadership, communication, and production skills.
Outside of school, I own Soto’s Auto Refresh, where I lead branding, digital marketing, and customer relationship efforts. Running this business has taught me how to build trust with customers, understand audiences, and adapt quickly in fast paced environments.
With a combination of creative marketing experience, experience in event operations, and a genuine passion for sports, I’m focused on creating memorable experiences that bring fans closer to the teams and moments they care about.
